Shipping policy

When your order is ready to be packed, tracking information is sent automatically. Shipping labels are printed in batches as orders are prepared for packaging. Once your label has been created, this means your item(s) are being pulled and prepared. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to begin showing movement.

Once your package has shipped and is in transit, it is in the care of the postal carrier. Made of Dreams is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this occurs, you will need to contact your local post office to open a claim directly with them. Because our items are made to order, we are unable to send replacement items for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.

Lost package claims can be submitted directly through USPS.
